Double the taper, zero tantrums. You would think that with now double taper there would have been quadruple the tantrum. What is going on?

Looks a lot like everything you've been saying was wrong, not a shock to most of us but must be a huge dose of reality for you.

Wow, I’m curious to understand how did you come to that conclusion. Fed Double Tappers and nothing, yields are not skyrocketing, not even meaningfully rising. So why aren’t yields skyrocketing???

Because this pandemic didn't erase the pre-existing deflationary forces nor did government HELICOPTER MONEY. INFLATION that we are experiencing is NOT REAL INFLATION that’s why yields are not skyrocketing.

Now, why would our US Dollar keep rising and strengthening if this was REAL INFLATION? Low yield curves don't show much future inflation neither. This is NOT REAL INFLATION. Consumer prices are up, but for other reasons. This FAKE INFLATION is non-monetary, temporary and due to supply shocks.

I sound like a broken clock but I have been saying this for years.......NO REAL ECONOMIC GROWTH will ever be possible unless we go thru DEFLATION first, unless we destroy all bad debt that we have accumulated since 2001. DEFLATION before REFLATION, that is a LAW OF NATURE. Not even unprecedented government helicopter money was able to spur real inflation and growth.

Good Luck!

I can. No real economic growth will ever be possible unless we go thru deflation first. So far I have been right.
How long before FED capitulates and gives up to Mother Nature?

Deflation before Reflation. No monetary gimmicks will ever change that.

Good Luck!

If you could, you would be incredibly wealthy and wouldn't bother being on message board yelling the sky is falling for years and years.

People will survive, during the Great Depression, grown adult children moved back with their parents, slept in the bathroom(powder room),spread used coffee grind on a sheet of newspaper and reuse them, eat more starch-sphagetti with no meat sauce, shop for day old bread, make your own bread, cake, fudge, noodles.
