Do you think that last month’s rate raise of .75% is just one of many to come? Where do you see interest rates and, by correlation, mortgage rates, heading in the next twelve months?

Could we be seeing mortgage rates at 8% (or more) before long?

I have yet to see any of this QT they promised. Talk is cheap and I know all the MMTers here want them to keep inflating to keep their asset prices pumped up. I'm not holding my breath here. Both sides want to inflate. Something for nothing mentality. Why are they now doing more QE? Not all that surprising. Their total assets should be under 8.9 trillion by now, not still rising.
