I'm struggling to get answers on this since I'm basically asking questions about two different entities. I mentioned being on SSI because personal income tax and things like that aren't a huge concern for me relating to domicile.

Basically, I'm poor but happen to be very good with money and finding good deals on things. I really prefer to own nothing and I'm happy to have everything be in the name of an S-Corp owned by one of my kids which addresses all kinds of issues.

But, since I'm intending on living full time in an RV for the foreseeable future I have many perfectly legal options in where I choose so I'm trying to choose wisely in terms of the things that impact me like vehicle registration costs, having to physically be in a State and so on.

At the moment I know SD, Texas, and Florida are all good for domicile, I know Wyoming is good for S-Corps but I'm wondering with Florida also ranking high on both lists if I may be missing some disadvantages to shifting everything to FL as a home base which would save me the trouble of domicile and where I'm incorporated being different.

I know this is pretty niche and specific so anybody that has any thoughts or experience I would be thankful!

I recommend a consultation with this law firm: Loring & Associates, PLLC, Attorneys at Law
We travel full time (live in vacation rentals) and Escapees RV Club has been a great resource (even though we don't have an RV.) They are affiliated with the law office linked above, and both have given us helpful input and advice.

Americans will all become FT RVers if the government don't fix the problem with home ownership and supply.

I don't know why so many people are rushing to become home owners when they have no grasp or understanding the running cost of a home in any state.

it is an American dream to own a home, you see your parents owned one, your grandparents own it,why not you.
Plenty of prudent people can and understand running cost of their homes.
There is always this good feeling when you close the door, you can do what you want, and no one can throw you out of your house.(if all bills are paid )
