Hi,

Do you guys know where to get two most important data feeds related to real estate:

1. Future job growth forecast by city.
2. Race in time (how many people of x race yesterday and how many today).

I could pay for this kind of data if you have it or if you could point me to.
Thanks in advance.

Andrzej

The voice in my right ear says that job growth is going up.

The voice in my left ear says that unemployment is going up.

Who can be trusted to have an accurate crystal ball?

Is society today 97% white, is it 'gaining' more whiteness? Are non-white races 'gaining'? Will it be more white? will it be more Hispanic?

I feel that either why such is a racist question. And can not be asked, nor answered without a racist agenda.

Any manner in which we form data of race and attempt to track it, is racist. and therefore according to our new government enforced system of morals, immoral. If not illegal.

Race data is now required to be collected and directed to the Feds for stats analysis.

But you are probably correct -- immoral.

Race Data is collected by the US Census Bureau:

The government also has population projections by race on national and state levels, so it would appear that tracking race is not illegal.
