I agree with the article. When I first signed on to Ebay, I bought and sold items at auction but now I just use the "buy it now" option all the time.

I agree about the novelty of the auction wearing off. I am much more likely to "buy it now." In fact, I am more likely to use Amazon for mainstream purchases. I am more likely to use eBay for collectibles and more eclectic things.

I read an article about how Amazon is going to destroy ebay.
And they're also going to a similiar Paypal application.
