New York — Shareholders of Wendy’s International and Triarc Cos., the parent company of Arby’s, approved a $2.34 billion deal Monday that will make the nation’s No. 3 hamburger chain a part of billionaire investor Nelson Peltz’s empire.
Triarc shareholders voted from New York while shareholders of Dublin, Ohio-based Wendy’s International approved the deal from the company’s headquarters.

Hopefully, the US government will "Nationalize" BiG BoY so they can compete with successful restaurants that did not over-extend and make bad investment choices.
I say Nationalize Big Boy immediate, the American gut can't handle the loss of tasty BiG BoY burgers!
