stabilizing at -500. Yamada had said that there would be a support level at 10,000 but apparently it just went through that level like it was nothing. Where is the next support level below this?

All this fatalistic "end of days" talk is just a bunch of useless noise. Please stop. It's vastly unrealistic and alarmist.

Hello bchris02,

Ron Paul advocates a gold standard. Adhering to the gold standard was a primary cause of the depression. When asset prices fall people hoard cash or in this case gold which strangulates the money supply even more and so the spiral goes. Also anyone holding gold internationally would become owners of the US. Now if you are on island x and they are on island z and you have do you really want to make a currency out of sea shells if their beaches have half of them? You have just given them half your island. Better to find something that only exists on your island.

The solution is Lincoln greenbacks to replace debt based federal reserve notes. Taxing power can back currency just fine(talley sticks). We just give away most of the inflation tax to the commercial banks who inflate is at their will.

This will never happen of course because it would end the banking cartel's control of the currency and they are very careful about who resides in congress. .

That's weird ... the numbers still flucuated after 4pm est. I guess it's normal though, eh? Or maybe google just lags a little.

There is upto a 15 min delay while last minute transactions are still being tallied by the system after market close. Orders placed before close but still in process to complete, stuff like that.

Well, as predicted, the 10,000 support level was reached. The question is what happens tommorow?

Ahh, thanks for the info. I've never actually stared at the market prices going up/down before until today.

Looking forward to tomorrow.
