We were effected by Ike as well, but our gas is already down to as low as $2.49 at one station I saw in Columbia. Gas has literally fallen about $1/gallon in 2 1/2 weeks time here. Guess that's one bright spot out of our current economic mess.

The Arabs are scrambling now to cut production to get the unit price back up.

Price was $2.29 in Wichita, KS this morning...wonder if it dropped while I was sitting here.

I only buy gas every couple of weeks, so I'm really getting a kick out of these replies.
