Well tex..Paulsen doesn't need to go to Congress for another package..that last one was a "blank" check so to speak. He can use the money however he sees fit to save the banks.

I don't think they will get bailed out. Rather, congress, will create tougher personal bankrupcy laws. Maybe make credit card debt not able to be bankrupted. Lock you guys in for the long haul. They already did it for student loans. All those poor saps taking out loans to pay for school. They're gonna get a big surprise later on.
