Why should this thread be locked? People have a right to express their opinions, and if some think they have said enough, then they probably have, and they can mosey on to another thread.

Dave Ramsey is for rookies and people who can't balance a checkbook. Anybody who actually has money-- versus owing it-- knows that Dave Ramsey is training wheels. Some of us graduated to real portfolios a long time ago... and we want to keep them. We are, after all, the ones who earned them.
