No spending at all! I am only going to be doing acts of kindness. Volunteer at the hospital, volunteer at the pet shelter, volunteer at the food bank etc.

What about the kitchen? Will you volunteer in the kitchen?

Agreed.

Look as a agnostic I don't get into the whole religious part of the holiday. But I do like the good will vibe with or without the gifts. aaaaaaand I really dig the Christmas tree and waaaayyyyyy overeating.

Merry Ho. Ho.

I'm not a Christmas fan. I wish it came around every four years, like the Olympics or leap years. The gift-buying and getting is my least favorite part.

Volunteering is cool, good for you!

My best Christmas was spent alone on a 40-hour fast.

Not me! I guess I'm one of those "weird" ones who love Christmas. The decorations, the music, the shopping. I really do love the Holidays. I'm spending the same amount this year as I did last year. I'm doing my part to help the economy.

I agree;you have the real spirit of Christmas. My wife and I have no children at home and instead of buying each other gifts we shop for toys to give to reputable childrens toy charties. That and donate to the MD Anderson cancer center.
