The sheer ineptitude and lack of control is a sad statement to how our government is run. I guess the name of the game is "loopholes for the rich".

And the people that really could use the subsidies have to jump through so many hoops and can easily NOT qualify based on some obscure sentence.
I'm talking about the normal Joe who retired to a 20 acre hobby farm and wants to grow and market some vegetables and meat. This is who the farm bill should be helping..not professional sports owners who have some financial interest in a factory farm.

Happy, I'm a normal Joe and I can tell you we are in a recession eventhough it has not be proclaimed .My bank has stopped offering coffee in the lobby. My neighbors normal four trash cans have been reduced by two cans twice weekly and mine is down to one or two sacks. Yes my friend, we are in a recession. . Pointing to some super-rich conglomerates is hardly fairly representative of people who actually work for their money, happen to be suddenly and randomly labelled 'rich' by Obama, and who never get a tax break or subsidy in their lives.

That is the definition of bankruptcy.
Those are just numbers. The gap will be filled by the actual quality of the services going forward.
I suggest eating well and exercise, that is your best social security and medicare, no matter what the socialists tell you.
