Texas goes it alone with no adult supervision?

The comedy would worth watching if not for the tragedy.

In about 5 years the state (or country or whatever it would called) would be poisoned to death, by itself.

About the only Texas has more than self-vanity is a bad combination of greed on the top-end and dumbass on the bottom end. Painfully so.

See? We could shed the paternalist northeast and its all-knowing brilliance.

Sorry, but I live here, work in upper-end industry and know all too well how greedy-screw-everybody the top end Corps are and how clueless-Nascar-and-Football the bottom-end is.

I would not even give it five years before the water was not drinkable and the air was not breathable.

Anything for a quick buck. Pretty much China on Meth.

Lol!

Sorry, didn't realize you lived in Texas. You're probably dead on, but we'll never know.

But isn't there something there between the greed of the top and dumbassery of the bottom?

you don't know how arrogant that sounds, or maybe you do. i am assuming that you would relocate to the "intellectual" northern cities in the event of a breakup, say chicago, philadelphia, boston, nyc, detroit, camden, nyc, etc. if you think this whole country does not have corruption you are mistaken.

Rename Texas to "Texaco" and it will become an oil rich country with the Bush clan as dictators. They will then merge with the Saudi's.

California north to Alaska will cede to Russia where they are more comfortable with the political climate anyways.

I think it can work but who wants Michigan?

this is funny but i actually think a lot of americans would like america to break up into different sections. maybe we should break it into a north / south deal and let people move where they feel more comfortable. we could see which half does better! (michigan stays with the north).
