I don't think it's a big surprise. Now that Walmart sells most of the same product and Best Buy's dominance, there wasn't much space for CC.

Another big layoffs and real estate vacancy hit for the economy. Few silver linings out there

We have here a Linen and Things next to Circuit City and that are the 2 anchor stores, and a Bennigan restaurant which also has closed,...can you imagine what that will do for that plaza.

A brand new mall was opened recently and the last 2 times I went there the employees of the department store were telling us "welcome to ghost town"...nobody except us in the store...that was weird...luckily they laughed and joked about it but we felt horrible...
