Angry Millions Lost in Stanford

Anyone doing even slight research will quickly deduce that the Stanford fraud is a ponzi scheme--the worse the nation has seen. The reason is that the SEC and SIPC have not granted SIPC coverage. Yes, Madoff victims did receive this coverage. The SEC was told to "stand down" from its investigation in 2006, supposedly by Department of Justice. Fox News confirmed today that Department of Justice told SEC to halt its investigation. So thousands of people lost their retirement and now have nothing--due to criminal fraud. So where is SEC and Department of Justice now--no action as yet. So now you understand why the Stanford ponzi scheme is the worse ever in our history!

well you have to actually have access to all the papers and be good to see that these are Ponzo skeems. All I know is what is reproted on the news really. His certainly doesn't seem to be a obvious or easy to find as madoffs who bascially reported investment that he never made to clients and could be checked on.In both cases;they certainly were able to satisfy SEC investigators before this. Not quite as easy to get away with this for 30 years as Madofff did;just think about it.Multiple admionistrations and so many justice depts and state prosecutors as well as investors who often were no dummy's in the markets.Even had to have people working that you had to hide it from with no whistle blowers. These were very smart people actually.
