This guy was later on Greta Van Susteren and was saying he started Harvard as a Dem. and thought Clinton was even too much to the center, now he is a Rep. and one thing he hated with Dem. was something we all experience with Dem. that anything you say will be put in a box with a label....racist, Right wing, etc...
Rep. let you speak and discuss, that is his opinion and I share that with him!
It really showed Barney Frank's face...how guilty he is!  Barney Frank, Chriss Dodd, Pelosi, Reid all cut out of the same wood and I'm glad when they are gone! |

Didn't click on the videa but in any interview I've seen, Barney Frank comes off as an arrogant brainless a-hole. I've seen him and Bill O'Reilly have it out in an interview, literally screaming at each other, which is to be expected. Not expected was an interview I saw last week with Lou Dobbs on CNN and those two almost came to verbal blows. Dobbs was chiding him like crazy, rolling his eyes at his comments, and Franks was seriously losing it.
It's great to see Frank's upset because he sounds like Elmer Fudd on crack, starts stuttering and spitting, can no longer get coherent thoughts out, and just generally makes an idiot of himself. He makes good TV.
Politics related thread, yeah - but he is banking chairman.

and to think we put our faith in these people to help us, "fix" the economy.
Anytime a politician(s) try to master plan an economy it never works. Free market is most efficient at allocating resources. If the mortgages aren't worth anything then the bank should take the loss. If the bank is insolvent they should go bust, period.
USSR tried to master plan their economy as well and look what happened to them. Unfortunately, we are on the same path and there is nothing we can do to stop it.
