There seems to be limits on everything with this stimulus. If you start SS benefits after Jan 2009, it seems you are not eligible.

"Only individuals eligible for Social Security, SSI, Veterans, or Railroad Retirement benefits at any time during the months of November 2008, December 2008, or January 2009 may be eligible for the one-time payment."

There are limits, deadlines all over the place for unemployment and COBRA benefits qualifications.

Some people fall through the cracks getting stimulated.

If I am on social Security and also work and have not filed my 09 taxes, will I still receive the $250?

Mrs. golfgod got hers added to our bank account this week. We wanted to stimulate the economy so I bought a new set of Callaway irons, schweet. The stimulus only covered about 1/2 of it.
