i fail to see what resentment for a government which is willing to sell its working population out for corporate money has to do with jealousy. this isn't a class envy issue at all. this issue is about establishing the stability of this country, which can only be done by having a healthy segment of the population working. people need to look beyond short term profit and think ahead.

I am sure you wish you could, guess what, you can't. But your dreams will keep you working for their benifit, as they steal your future.

There is no evidence that insourcing or outsourcing is neccessary to keep prices low. However, they are neccessary to continuously boost profits without raising prices significantly, or obtaining any more of the market share.

Smells like greed to me.

I work for my benefit. And in terms of "joining them", I don't have in mind going to their dinner parties. I mean playing the game as they do...

That requires being born into the right families, going to the right colleges, being in the right sororities, and knowing the right people. It is a member’s only club. The deals that make people really wealthy are made on golf courses, not in board rooms.

It does not "require" it, that is just how it usually happens.

Some of the richest people in the country are not from upper-class families, did not make deals on the golf course, etc. But they did play the right game.

Part of the reason so few kids from lower/middle class families remain pawns is because they believe (as their parents told them) that "working hard" is how you become successful. As soon as you realize that this is nonsense and start playing the right game the probability of you succeeding dramatically increases.
