this is simply on account of the bias of MSNBC's viewers, and what they want to read and hear about.

msnbc is for left-wingers, fox news is for right-wingers.

wingless people like myself have no need for either of them.

Since all news outlets have a bias you have to tolerate some slant to stay current. I find the financial networks to be somewhat more fact based but still have to sort through the news networks and internet to get a feel for what is actually happening.

Commerce is what supports a decent standard of living for the world's population and central management of markets have proven to be a consistant failure so free markets are needed.

If capitalism continues to be pushed back it is just a matter of time before it pops back up as it has provided the best way to statisfy the majority of the population. This can be a painful learning experience (again) for millions of people.

Capitalism vs Corporatism

When the govt backs up corporate america, so they can satisfy their greed, outsourcing jobs, moving to other countries, lobbying for changes that will benefit their pocket-book, sticking it to the little guy, all of this and more, the little guy starts pushing back.

We are now witnessing what happens when the gvt supports Corporate America, it also has to support the families who have lost their jobs and can't find replacements unless they move to other countries.

The truth of the matter, is the whole picture, when the weight is not even, something gives.

We are witnessing it before our eyes.

Deregulation has in a sense benefitted Corporations and Wall Street but it has brutally played havoc on the people who played a role for these companies to achieve their success.

Our government caused this mess, the taxpaying citizens were too busy and blind to take notice. Now is the time to take notice.

It's good to read both sides of an issue. Nothing can be totally objective except raw numbers and even then..what do they count ?

I read both sides and then make up my mind. There's always a bit of give and take to make everyone happy. But lately I don't see that..it's more like strong arm tactics and I'm striving to find who is the power behind that. I see corporates but then again..why would they want to bankrupt America ?
