Funny ad on you tube, wonder why it is only offered to such a low percentage.
I'd imagine it's way more 1%! They just want to make it sound exclusive and therefore appealing! I got the offer, mentioned the joke to a coworker, and it turned out she'd also received it.
Of course, I'm not as out of my mind as to actually get the card!
I have the VISA Sapphire card and I like the looks of it much better. In fact I have received probably half a dozen comments on what a cool-looking card it is. And no annual fee either. The day I can't get a credit card without an annual fee is the day I stop using credit cards altogether.
I was offered this card, I didn't see enough detail about the benefits to see it be worth the almost $500 annual fee. The fee is higher than the American Express Platinum Card, it would have to have very good rewards to be worth it. Even if it did it wouldn't be for me, I don't charge enough to my credit cards every year.
I think a nice fat roll of Ben Franklins says a hell of a lot more than an ugly black plastic rectangle with "Visa" stamped on it.
