No there are minium coverage you have top buy.But in teh end its going to really be imossible to enfiorce as even Obama said i the debates. They do not have a police force in every city like with auto insurnace whcih can not be effectively enforced now.The numbers not filinhg incoem tax is also large.In the end what are they going to do throw them in jail wgich they can't because that is not allowed by supreme court ruking in fine only penalty laws.
