Many small businesses or services these days face lots of challenges when selecting on how to spend in the money on advertising that can attract more number of new customers. They come across some of the biggest issue on how to spend money on advertising so that can bring direct calculable results. In most of the markets, small business owners or service providers have some of the following options like going on advertising on newspapers, internet, radio, yellow pages, mailings and television advertising.

Your point? Search engine optimization, maybe?

In answer to a three year old thread, my husband will not be renewing his Yellow Pages ads when the current contracts expire. There are always mistakes, and they are no longer the way he gets business.

Default Yellow pages?

1. My daughter (27) has NEVER used the Yellow Pages. Not once.
There is a message here.

2. I (at age 64.7) have not used the Yellow Pages in at least 10 years. They get delivered and moved immediately to the big purple recycling bin.

3. CitySearch is dying.

4. Yelp is growing.

5. Facebook is exploding.
