I'm a second year teacher at an inner-city middle school in Houston. However, I like 900 miles away from my whole family and would like to start thinking about moving closer to them. I see myself settling in Tennessee- particularly in Nashville.

How is the job outlook right now for teaching jobs in the area? I know that finding a teaching job is always hard (hence why I snatched up the first job I was offered, even though it was so far from home), but just how difficult is it right now in Nashville? I don't mind working in "less desirable" districts.
