I am a sophomore in Milwaukee. I am starting to wonder if I should start filling out college applications right now or if I should wait until I am in 11th grade.

No.
No.

You typically fill out applications the Fall/Winter of your senior year. Does your school not have Guidance Counselors to tell you this?

Of course I do. They just didn't tell me exactly when I'm going to start applying.

Did you ask them the exact same question as here?

Have you taken the PSAT?

Have you taken the SAT/ACT?

What Sciences have you taken? Which level of Math are you in?

You will, hopefully, take the PSAT either this year. That is the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarships.

PSAT/NMSQT - The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test

Take the SATs early as practice and then take them again in your junior or senior year if you can afford the fees. You don't have to send in the scores from the first tests and it gives you practice.\
