I watched the first few minutes of the video and I know where it's going. Needless to say, I do not agree.

Yeah, it is interesting and I wonder how he could explain as to why in some schools in my state that there is little to no gap or the grad rate for said group is higher in some schools in comparison to the group of the larger culture/group.

His argument becomes confusing when he mixes in graduation rates with test scores.

But overall, I think that the argument that he's trying to make actually correlates at least as closely with economic status.
