Would love to hear opinions whether a double major in Spanish and Speech Pathology makes sense and the marketability/job outlook. (Plan to also work toward a Master's in Speech Pathology).

Don't ask us. Go look in the want ads and on job sites. Can you find any job listings requireing a major in speech pathology and also being able to speak Spanish? If you can't find any in your area, see if you can find any in another area, and if you find some, ask yourself if you are willing to relocate to that area.

Definitely a smart combo.

Language barriers often serve to conceal speech pathology issues and can delay diagnosis and complicate treatment. If you are open to working in schools, hospitals, whatever your chosen clinical venue is, in areas with large Spanish- speaking populations, you'll be at an advantage.
