Several things can help increase cognitive functioning and thus IQ

1. Physical Exercise
2. Learning to play an instrument
3. Visual Art programs
4. Fish Oil
5. Having a mentally challenging job (or maybe hobby)
6. Meditation
7. Learning continuously through reading, taking courses you are interested in, practicing recognizing patterns, etc.
That's an article not a study and it ends with more research is needed. The study from the NIH is conclusive and explains why it hasn't, yet, been proven.

OP, don't worry about it. Assuming the score is valid, you have an average IQ, at a level shared by about 2/3 of the population. Don't fixate on it, as it really isn't that important.

90 to 108 is a VERY broad spectrum. That covers about 5 billion people. If you want to raise your IQ, learn math and learn more math. Studying mathematics will improve your logical reasoning skill. People can do math proofs comfortably have much higher IQ than 108.

Yes, reading won't help. Doing math and working on puzzles might.

A = 5
B = 198
C = 235
D = 259
E = 298
F = 311
with intelligence ( IQ) you will be able to figure out the next number to fit where the ? is from A.B.C.D.E or F ...
with Knowledge you will have read the book and know the answer ..
Answer is D.

4 + 2⁰ = 5
5 + 2¹ = 7
7 + 2² = 11
11 + 2³ = 19
.........
131 + 2⁷ = 259

You can't solve it if you don't learn math.

I'm not sure how any fancy math is involved in that one. It's too easy, if you ask me. It's not like it requires an equation to figure it out...

I didn't say this one is hard or easy. In order to solve this particular problem, you need some basic math skills.

Very basic. And the thing is, once you've done a couple of problems like that, you know how they work, so that helps.

You scared me when you said "learn math, and more math", haha. Turned out, it wasn't so bad.

Read books.

Read read read read read.
It makes you more informed, gives you a bigger vocabulary, teaches you to focus and pay attention to multiple plot streams, etc. And I think it's addictive in a good way.

Then do logic puzzles. Teach your brain to think in different ways.
