I can't think of any accent that would make me mad.... I find all accents interesting and kind of charming!

Well that fake southern TV preacher accent kind of annoys me.

I like different accents, with the possible exception of how people in the upper midwest pronounce short As, as in Apple. Fingernails down the chalkboard there.

Also, I would add that the casual obscenity that seems endemic in Northeast and New York/New Jersey speech is not to my taste.

I love accents. Some are so cute. I'm from NY so you can imagine I sounded so Brooklyn (I'm from Queens), but have lived in FLorida for over 10 years...so now I'm a combo between Florida Southern and NY. LOL
I don't say daWg anymore, but I still talk FAST and when I do you hear a lot of NY.

Deep southern twang and New York (the boroughs, not the State).

I must say... I really get nauseated by an outrageously strong Rochester / upstate NY accent. I hear that around here a lot. (Think about "Karen", the computer wife of Plankton in the SpongeBob cartoons.)
