English is very different from Vietnamese, which I understand is a very tonal language. The biggest problem I see with Viet speakers speaking English is their accent. I would suggest watching American movies and listening to the English in the movies and trying to mimic the sounds properly.
wonbin, I'm sorry but this is not a chat site. You are welcome to contribute to any threads and ask questions pertaining to schools and education but this is probably not the best place to learn to speak english. I agree with sbullet that watching American movies is actually a pretty good way to learn.
