I really recommend it.
The chancellor of Washington D.C.'s schools, Michelle Rhee, has truly inspired me.

Rhee is up against an entrenched bureaucracy. I think she's right on target in trying to rid her district of substandard teachers and trying to replace them with effective teachers. Education takes place in classrooms, not school board meetings or administrative offices. But she'll be fighting the district administration as much if not more than the teachers' union.

I found this article- is this what you are referring to? Or is there more in the magazine?

I've read about her before- it sounds like she's doing very well for the students in D.C.
