ratemyteachers dot com is a school rating website that seems fairly open to posting just about anything.

Ok, so parents can volunteer, just not in their own child's classroom. Even though your statement did say child's classroom, it came across overall as though the parents were not allowed to volunteer at all.

So the next step is do you want to make things better for the children, or do you merely want to warn off parents from this school? I'd hope the first.

To do that you need to get involved as much as you can, where you can in a way that will benefit your child. Next, don't worry about everything else that goes on. Keep in daily contact with the teacher if you can't be in the actual classroom, but don't make a pest of yourself. Ask her what you can do to help her, like making copies, sorting papers or cutting out things. Depending on what all they have you might be able to read to kids in the library or help them check out books. You might be able to assist/monitor during lunch or help in the teacher workroom. The more things you can do to help the school, the more the entire staff will welcome you into the school. This will help you assess how you can better help your own child and in turn be involved in potential changes. You can get yourself on committees that make decisions such as parent volunteers in the classroom and help make a positive change. This will directly and indirectly make the education for your own child better, which should be the ultimate goal.

Otherwise, by negatively reviewing them, you don't really make a positive impact on the school at all.
