Good idea or bad idea? I'm not necessarily completely opposed, it just seems like they are going after only the low-income, low-achieving demographic:

follow the money and power behind these schools and then the type and quality of all those involved. Do so and one can better judge whether it makes sense to send an own child to such a school.
