I think it is interesting that you are sitting in on a class. I wonder how often that happens - someone local just walks in and hangs out during the class while not enrolled...
It sounds like quite a bit of fun really. I used to live in a college town. Family members of University employees and seniors could sit in any class that wasn't full. Hell, I'd wish that I could do that at the local high school. I'd do the homework, ask informed questions and everyone else in class would hate me.

Probably near nothing. You are not enrolled, the security boys come take you away for trespassing.
Actually difficult classes in the philosophy department, who knew?
Actually it's more computer science-ish than philosophical, but it's still fascinating, useful, and difficult.
Has anybody taken this course? Thoughts on your experience?
Metalogic is usually what they call a course in Mathematical logic in the Philosophy department. Its essentially the same class with a bit different focus.
The course without context may appear a bit pointless though. But some of the results of Metalogic are some of the most fascinating in Mathematics/Philosophy.
Anyhow, never figured I'd hear about metalogic on this forum.
