This is very true. Thank you for posting the article.

In fact, there has been some discussion among educators that high schools should start and end later each day because high school students usually don't go to bed until very late and, therefore, are exhausted when they have to wake up early the next day. Maybe this is why the four-day school week has been so successful thus far: the students are able to get more rest and, therefore, perform better on tests, etc.

've always heard that after a certain point a mind doesn't absorb, so it does no good to study after that point. When I was in college and studying for finals, I'd go to bed when I got tired and did much better than had I stayed up. I always forgot what I studied when I was too tired.
