I searched the forum but everything was a couple of years old and I was hoping for some updated information. We are members of the Y in our current city and it is great. I have looked up the El Paso YMCA's online too and none of them look very impressive, how are the facilities? Not asking about one in particular, but if anyone has a preference feel free to share about it. The locations that have swimming pools would be the most desirable for us. Anyhow, just any opinion would be great. Thank you.

Well....The YMCA on the NE side is pretty good. I no longer have a membership there because it got too expensive and everytime I turned around they were raising prices for classes but just to work out, swim, and play some racket ball was ok. The facilities seemed pretty clean but they were under going repairs at the time I went which seemed to take forever to complete. The daycare was pretty good but I only used them to watch my kiddo while working out. The classes taught such as ballet and gymnastics was pretty lacking in experiance though.
