Th El Paso Times is the main newspaper and only real major paper in El Paso.

Save your money, you can read the paper online daily if you want. It is cheaper way to go. Following it online may not give you the "whole" story but it gives you a feel the type of stories and a beat of the city. Here is the link: http://www.elpasotimes.com/

Default There is another paper..

Diario de El Paso (Spanish-language). It's made by the people that do Diario de Juarez, which is ten times the paper the Times is. Diario de E Paso is better than the Times, but again, it's in Spanish.
