Since the quality of Bonds passed in November of 2012, where do you guys think would be the best location for the new El Paso Arena. Also what do you think the capacity should be?

I think the area just south of the I10 where the train tracks are. That train station is moving to Las Cruces and there seems to be a few acres that will be left vacant.

Maybe that is what they can turn Cohen into?

Heard they have other plans for cohen... but as for the arena I don't really care where they put it just as long as they get it and do it right. Downtown would be ideal and will help with the revitalization of downtown.

I have to disagree with downtown. I guess if they used the ASARCO land maybe.. but I doubt that will be used for some time.

Oh what have you heard about Cohen? The Waterpark, until they break ground on that.. its all rumor and conjecture.
