Hello all,

I've posted here before looking for info on Homestead meadows north, looking to buy a land (5+ acres) and build a home in the homestead meadows north area. Does anyone in here knows of a reputable custom home builder thats willing to build in that side of town? what utilities are available in this area now compare to a 6 months ago? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I wish I could help you, but I don't live in that part of town. Utilities are also a mystery to me in Homestead Meadows North, that part of town is still pretty open so I'm not sure how good the utilities are out there. But if you do want plenty of land with your home, this area would likely suit you.

Here is site that shows custom home builders in Homestead Meadows North:

Chuco,

Thank you again for the info and the link, it doesn't help that I'm not in town yet so it will be hard to survey lands and talk to builders that are willing to build in that area. Question, why do outdoor walls are patterned like a bunch of rocks? Is it not allowed to use other kind of materials such as cinderblocks for walls? Just curious, I don't like the style of walls I see around, I like more of the traditional walls.
