Just wondering ours is horrible and when we go to complain -nothing changes- but that's me.

Please take the poll- its about quality and whether your service has improved or declined over the years.

Great timing on this subject!

I moved here May 24. The mail was fine for the first month. I have Informed Delivery so I see mail online after it gets sorted. In a span of a month I didnt get 6 pieces of mail out 9. (I don't get a lot of mail). Well this was definitely a problem. The mail made it to sorting in EP but never to my mailbox. I went tot he post office and told the guy at the desk but I doubt he was in any position to rectify and he didn't escalate. No help there. Then I went through the complaint option on the USPS site. The next day I got a call. I explained what I just explained above and since it has been fine, about 2 weeks now.

I live in a secure apt building with secure mailboxes. I'm pretty sure this was the fault of the carrier since the mail got sorted in EP. He was either tossing my mail or delivering to the wrong place or box. I doubt it was stolen and there would be no benefit in doing so. Obviously my complaint got relayed to the carrier tho so I'm appreciative to the help I got from my complaint.

We'll see if things continue to go well.
