I know. I lived on the West Side of El Paso for 2 years and took a lot of trips through the city on my way from Phoenix to Norfolk. I had to drive past that mountain in Juarez with the little shacks sitting on the side every day on my way to work. The comment I made was sort of a joke.

We need a mayor who will at least buy more street lights !!!!

Just drive all over town and you know what this place should not be called "sun city"

it should be called "dark city"

Tell your story to your city rep, the mayor, city manager.. as there's nothing we can about that here on these forums.

Light pollution. I think they should turn the lights off by 10:30pm or so. You used to be able to see a million stars at night. Now you're lucky if you can see the moon.
