To the OP, I have flown Volaris, from hermosillo to Guadalajara and back. I live in Phoenix but the airfare going this route was supercheap so it was more cost effective for me. Yes it was a pain to take a couple buses, but in the end I saved money. The airline itself is wonderful! The service is great, on time & friendly. You can reserve online, print board passes, etc. I've flown Aeromexico & they are the WORST. I really do hope Volaris expands Juarez hub.

Volaris is independent and is not part of Mexicana...it is owned an equal 25% by Grup Inbursa (Carlos Slim), TACA Airlines (El Salvador), Discovery Americas, and Grupo Televisa...

Volaris used to fly to Juarez to Toluca and back a few years ago but for some reason they dropped Juarez. It might have been because they were in direct competition with Interjet (the other low cost airline in Mexico). Intejet also has a fleet of about 16 or so A320's and they fly also from Juarez to Toluca. Since Aviacsa was grounded about a year and a half ago, Interjet took over their Mexico City Terminal.
