Yeah 6/3, my brother was telling me about that.. he is in Seattle. His Engine block on his car cracked from the extreme extensive cold.. many other people had the same issue with their cars. He was lucky he can work from home. One reason I dont think I want to be in Seattle again.. I am not fond of Cold either.. hey maybe we should buy a duplex together in Ft. Lauderdale, my white legs sure could use some tanning. I'm looking at moving back out that way... I loved the south when I was out there.

That's tough about your Bro's engine . Yeap the economy is killing me and especially in florida as construction is at rock bottom right now but it will pick up by mid year i'm hoping.

Thank god i get a Navy check for the rest of my life as that's why i don't have to work but.........i'm not eating caviar or living the high roller lifestyle either as that's why i like El Paso and Southern NM as my Navy pay goes alot farther here in the southwest as the cost of living is extremely low and also just a tad of snow in the winter which is cool .

I almost felt guilty using my heater at 5 A.M. this morning heading to the gym as it was 50 degrees and now it's 55 degrees right now at 7 A.M. as it feels great (Knock on wood ).

I was stationed at Fort Bliss in 67 and the snow shut the city down in the second or third week in December.

I remember my college football team playing a bowl game in El Paso Christmas Day a couple of decades ago. The field was snow covered and it was coming down heavily by the end of the game.

Yes it snows in El Paso
