I went there last Saturday. To me it was OK but nothing I will go all the way across town to have. Actually, I would not choose them instead of some other place even if I was on the westside.

You have a great day.

As far as the store is concerned, my main concern is menus that you have to know Spanish to read--not that I'm going to get all nativist and say "this is America, speak English", but having menus in English as well as Spanish would help them out considerably if they want to grow their business.
My thoughts too. How much would it cost to translate your menu into English as well, especially since you are in an American city, albeit heavily Hispanic?

I want to know what I'm eating and not take a guess.

If I were there, I would translate it for a weeks worth of free food. Or maybe just 3 free meals. I am a ***** for free food.

Why the menu is only in Spanish:

Burritos Crisostomo brings fresh favor - Entertainment (http://media.www.utepprospector.com/media/storage/paper1238/news/2009/07/29/Entertainment/Burritos.Crisostomo.Brings.Fresh.Favor-3753311.shtml - broken link)

I'll take a shot at translating the menu from that UTEP Prospector article:

"puerco en raja" = pork with raja (green chili and Monterey Jack cheese)

"deshebrada" = shredded (meat?)

"picadillo" = this

"chicharrón" = pork rind(?)

"rajas con queso" = sauteed onions and roasted chili peppers with cheese

"barbacoa" = cow head or goat meat

"lengua" = tongue

"bistec de res" = beef steak
