Ok why play the fool here, we all know bridges help both cities, el paso's economy would totally die without people from chihuahua state crossing to shop because no matter how much people in el paso talk about the army, they never ever shop anywhere and if they ever do, they just dont spend billions of dollars like people from mexico and the army is like a "mirage" but yeah quit complaining about new bridges, "it's the economy stupid!" (famous quote by a guy holding a sign in the middle of a crowd when bill clinton was running for president) so the bridge is to make money my friends and nothing else.

oh yeah and one more thing, if you have a job dont forget you have to speak spanish and english, and stop pretending you do not speak spanish, you live across from Mexico, now if you dont speak both languages, I feel sorry for you since you will never have progress in life.
