I have been living in Sunset Ranches for years and years now. Started out with only 20 acres and an off grid structure. Now, we proudly represent Hudspeth county as residents & home owners with over 100 acres & to my knowledge we are the ONLY people in sunset ranches with a SWIMMING POOL!!!! Our life has been wonderful thanks to the good folks at Sunset Ranches!!!!

I brought 44.28 +/- acres in Hudspeth Texas. I have location, maps and the property has a clear deed and up to date on taxes. I really don't want to get rid of it but I'm needing to sale due to financial problems. If interested please contact me at

I wish everyone would stop bashing Hudspeth county. There are some very beautiful areas. I bought land in a valley completely surrounded by mountains, 3 power poles, 3 roads and 1000 ft of cattle fencing. It’s over the aquifer with a depth of 400ft, same as a lot of Texas. I think it was a spectacular deal. Not many places with a panoramic mountain view at that price. I’ve traveled all over the world and my land is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen.
