hi i am seriously considering a move to el paso from IL and was wondering a few things from other readers on here what is the devils triangle area people mention on here? what high schools are in that area? I have a son who will be in 9th grade and i am trying to find an area where he will be in a good high school in a decent neighborhood, also a decent elementary school for my smaller children, my kids are half mexican half white so i dont think they should have any racial issuses like others i see having problems (they are all very light skinned though) any other advise you can offer would help

I wouldn't recommend moving to any area you haven't visited before. Keep in mind, E.P. probably has the worst economy of any metropolitan area in TX, along with the lowest pay scale.

The post is just worded in a way that spells TROLL to me. Maybe it's just me though.

Hey y'all. I have a child with blonde hair. Will she get beat up by all the gangs in El Paso? What is the deal y'all? We don't know no Spanish either! Is my family going to starve to death because we can't order a burger in Espanol? I heard y'all use pesos. Where can a good ole boy gets some of those?

So, you've already looked at employment, so you know El Paso is booming. And you already looked for housing, so you know how safe it is. I think you might like the Segundo Barrio area since your kids are half Mexican, and half white..., or did you mean half brown, and half white? Which half is white, and which half is Mexican?

What filed of employment are you in? Also, how long ago were you here?
