Now this would be remarkable, since this seat really wasn't on the radar.

New Poll: Van Tran Pulls Even with Loretta Sanchez in CA-47

Quote:
National Democrats are so worried about this race (in a district Barack Obama carried in 2008 by 22 points), they sent Bill Clinton to the district on Friday to to help salvage Sanchez's re-election bid.
Why not send obama? Can he not even go to California now?

Van Tran, he who will bring [back] traditional Asian values to America; he whose campaign brochures are written in Vietnamese. Something wrong with immigrant constituents learning/reading/voting and campaigning in English?

Did you miss sanchez spouting off about how the vietnemese were trying to "take" her seat?

Sanchez: Vietnamese, GOP trying to take her seat - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100924/ap_on_el_ho/us_sanchez_vietnamese_community - broken link)

Quote:
Orange County Democratic Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez told a reporter in Spanish that "the Vietnamese" and Republicans are trying to take her seat in Congress.
Gosh, these liberals/dems and their sense of entitlement and "ownership" of their seats are disgusting.

She's also a race-baiter.

boy, some of the most interesting races are on the west coast and damn, we are 2 hours ahead so we probably will fall asleep way before the results have even started to come in..Well, maybe not "way before".

I do think making a statement about Asian values is not what our country was founded on, but I think I get what he was saying. If one side can play the game, why not the other?

To vote, they must be a citizen, right?
Progressives run the voting booths.

Why are there clouds in the sky? I'm missing the correlation you're trying to make. Still, no answer to my question.

Public Opinion Strategies is an internal polling firm?

Gee, they're good enough to conduct polling for NPR......

Do you know what an internal poll is?
