Meg Whitman's handling of housekeeper scandal and record-breaking spending have cost her support among women, Latinos and independents. Barbara Boxer maintains an 8-point lead over Carly Fiorina.
Jerry Brown's lead doubles in a month; little change in Senate race - latimes.com

I'm so glad I live in California.

Whitman has been losing ground rapidly among women, Hispanics, college educated and now independent voters. Meg got all emotional and angry this week while visiting East LA, claiming that it wasn't fair that Jerry Brown can take for granted Latinos yet lead among them by nearly 30 points while she devoted so much energy and money trying to get the Hispanic vote. Whitman and Fiorina are just 2 more examples of how Republicans can not gain a footing in California since we reject selfish rich people who try to buy votes. Good riddance to them and all Republicans!

Good. Soon the rest of us can start making the popcorn. This is going to get interesting.

Brown doesn't think the state has enough foreign illegals or welfare handouts for them. It's time for taxpayers to start packing up and heading out.

Jerry Brown is, IMO, a full-blown.....NUT JOB!!
But give the Republicans credit, in finding a candidate, that is even more objectionable that Brown to California voters?
Looking around at some of the other Republican candidates nationwide though, it's pretty clear that Meg Whitman, is one of the GOPs more intelligent candidates.

You Californians deserve what you've gotten. You're so sad. A once great state ruined by the left over the past 30 years. You've become the Fool's Golden state.

First off I don't believe it, it makes no sense. This poll is very much an outlier. Secondly, I hope Whitman loses. The state is a basket case destined for bankruptcy. The Dems drove it there there might as well be one at the helm when it sinks.

Which shows us why California is failing. The citizens are too stupid to realize it's people like Brown and Boxer who have destroyed your state. But you keep voting for them while the country laughs at you. Of course, if you make pot legal you'll be so stoned it won't matter anyway.

Doesn't California have the 8th largest economy in the world? What a bunch of failures!

LOL, the left doesn't understand simple economics.

California's Debt: Now Riskier Than Kazakhstan's - And A Bigger Worry Than Greece?

"Kazakhstan and California, the lowest-rated U.S. state, share a Baa1 ranking, three steps above non-investment grade, from Moody's Investors Service. California was given a BBB by Fitch Ratings and A- by Standard & Poor's, four levels above non-investment grade. Both companies rate Kazakhstan lower, at BBB-, one step above high-risk, high-yield junk."

Yes the Dems have been quite successful.
