The best part of this bit of election fraud is that the military may not rest after this along with all the Illinois troops who are regular military and the national guard. Now we know from the experiences in Minnesota two years ago that most prisoners will vote Democrat and they are the ones the Dems want to make sure get to vote. Remember when Florida tried so hard not to count any military ballots in 2000 and then the Dems whined and are still whining about the SCOTUS handing the election to Bush. I am not sure they ever counted all those ballots and the number was reported as 15,000.

If we manage to get enough Democrat governors replaced this time around much of this crap will be rethought.

Does the Chicago Board of Elections receive ballots to deliver to prisoners in the Cook County Jail from the prisoners' own home counties? And the prison ballots got mailed, but not the soldiers'?

How are the ballots sorted in those counties? That's weird.

I understand the Cook County jail is huge, maybe they have some special system of their own for getting ballots delivered in by a certain deadline.

Default Democrats trying to defraud elections, on purpose, or just stupidity?

They had 7 months in Illinois, since the primaries, to mail out hose military ballots, there is simply no freaking excuse

This is a banner year for democrats or the governments of democrat controlled states, who are either already committing fraud or are violating election laws and disenfranchising voters.

The inmates did not even request the ballots, the government just walked them in there, complete with voter registration forms. It was clearly the government canvassing voters, or at least that is what it seems to be to me.
