The question was "Are you suggesting Obama doesn't love America" and Perry's response is that that's a question you need to ask Obama. No it is not. The reporter wasn't asking if Obama loves America he was asking if Perry was suggesting Obama doesn't love America. That's not a question you'd ask Obama that's a question you'd ask Perry
